Our funding normally take place within one week of obtaining the necessary documentation. Loan types and loan to values:
Residential loans 65% LTV Commercial loans 65% LTV Vacant land loans 50% LTV (LTV may be increased on a case by case basis.)
Interest rates range from 12 to 14% with four to eight points Loan amounts from 50K and up
